Francesca is defined by its breathtaking silk dupion skirt, cut into sculptural panels that create full 360 movement with a beautifully controlled hem. Anchored by a basque waistband positioned at the smallest point of the waist, the silhouette nods to classic couture while remaining effortless to wear.

The look is completed with a soft, boat neckline bodice in hand appliquéd lace, offering romance, refinement and a distinct European sensibility.

  • As your gown is made to order in Australia, you have the option to customise and make this look your own. 

    Please note certain customisations will increase the price. Some customisation options include but are not limited to: 

    • Worn with a corset such as our Audrey or Charlotte

    • Crafted as a dress (one-piece)

    • Skirt can feature a full train or no train

    • Volume: We can reduce the amount of volume by adjusting the gathers to suit your frame and proportion.

Craftsmanship & Techniques

The Francesca skirt is constructed from layers of silk dupion, and organza. It features couture French seams on each panel, and gently gathered to create volume without compromising shape. Panel placement, gathering depth and waist positioning are carefully balanced to achieve movement while preserving a sharply cinched silhouette.

The bodice features a softly structured boat neckline, crafted in hand cut lace, moulded on the body. This look can be worn with the option of a petticoat for added drama.
